Warnings are issued when a user breaks one of the Forum Rules. They range from 1-2 for minor offenses to 4-6 for more serious violations. In addition to warnings there are several other sanctions that we can place on a users account that I have listed below along with a short explanation of what they mean.
- Signature Suspension
- You will be unable to edit or display your signature.
- Post Moderation
- Your posts must be approved by a moderator before they become viewable to other members.
- Post Suspension
- You will be unable to post.
- Temporary Bans
- You will be unable to access the site until your ban expires & barred from participating in GWRS events/tournaments.
- Permanent Bans
- You will be permanently unable to access the site & barred from participating in GWRS events/tournaments.
- IP Bans
- Your IP address will be blocked and you will be unable to access the site.
Warning Levels
Warnings levels range from 0 to 100%, at certain levels additional restriction will be placed on your account.
- 50% Warning Level - Posts Moderated for 1 week, Faction Leaders notified.
- 60% Warning Level - Posts Suspended for 10 days.
- 80% Warning Level - Account Banned for 48 hours.
- 100% Warning Level - Account Permanently Banned.
These are automatically activated when you reach the required warning level, they may be manually extended, shortened, or revoked by a member of the moderation team if deemed necessary.
