I thought OPTIC was banned for mod abuse anyway, or at least got pissed they learned about it and all left. Now they are back for whatever reason and think they own the place. Obviously the place is owned by the Dark Angels.

Well Prosperan is in command of the Word Bearers and is the head moderator. But yes owner of the site is the leader of the DA.
