cain lifts his arms, pulling the iron from the shelves and makes a grotesque hel,et, covering his face and utterly removing his ability to talk.


he walks past you and into the dark hall as messiah looks at you both.

Sorianna looks up the stairs as Cain leaves the room. He hadn't known about his brother and he was obviously taking it hard. She held her hand up and let the orb of blood orbit over her palm. "Burias...what made you realize that you weren't so afraid anymore?" she asked staring at the crimson fluid.

She walks over to the dumped contents and grabs what she knows will be useful.

'Why do you keep doing this to yourself...?' Burias thought to himself as his jaw clenched. The question faded out as he hears sorianna's, letting out a breath he didn't realize he was holding. "Who says I'm not?" he said before he goes sifting through the contents, looking for rarer drugs he knew would be much harder to find elsewhere.

Sorianna turns to Messiah. "No. I will not join you in invading his thoughts. I'm not going to break any modicum of trust I have with him by sneaking information out of him. Just because you can read his mind doesn't mean you should."

She walked over to the freezer, pulling some blood packs from it and stuffing them in her pack, then lifted into the air and flew out of the broken bay door.

Burias began putting the several syringes of iridium shots he found in the midst of the into safety containers."These are going to come in handy." he said to himself as he stored them in pouches along his belt, acting as if he didn't hear Messiah. With what medicines he found and could carry, he heads off to where Cain walked off, trying to catch up with him and hopefully talk to him before they move on again.

krieg and loranna wait for the group as you come outside.

"IS there something up with cain?"

Lorana asks, looking down a path that leads into the forest.

"he just shoved past and morganan went after him"

stabby clicks his claws in annoyance. "Seems like you made a freind."

messiah bows deeply in greeting. "Had to find a psionic huh....Ive sensed himn for a long time."

"Considering he had to deal with his half crazed blood brother that was made into that by his father, Ja I would imagine something is wrong." he told her with a shake of his head. He looks up to the puppet. "Mr.Stabby, Messiah. Messiah, Mr. Stabby. Play nice please." Burias said before he started walking toward the path that was pointed out as where cain went. "Today is going to be one of those long days, I can feel it." he said to himself.

Sorianna dropped the supplies she had picked up. She took to the air and flew hard down the trail. 'Why did sister go after Cain? Lorana and Kreig were not worried so why was she?' She expanded her mind out, trying to pinpoint her sister.

you see her in the distance, standing beside a tree watching something and she turns her head as you both approach.

cain is in the clearing, horseplaying with jacob.

the smaller boy throws a punch at his father who expertly sins the boy around and trips him

Sorianna lights down quietly and moves to the opposite side of the tree as her sister. "What's on your mind Morgana?" She watched the two in the clearing for a moment, a smile coming to her face as she thought of her own father. She turned so she would see them out of the corner of her vision and leaned back against the tree.

Burias stopped at edge of the treeline of the clearing as he saw Cain playing with his son. After a few moments and without saying a word Burias sat on the ground and leaned back against the tree as he watched his bruder and neffe play. 'He does not get many chances for himself, lets let him have this moment.' he thought to himself, most of the voices agreeing with him.

in a suprising show of craftiness jacob manages to topple his father and pounces him laughing as morgana sighs.

"so much evil in the world....and somone like them can find a moment of peace.."

from above predator lands on buriases head and spreads his wings.

"LORD NINI DEMANDS APPEASEMENT! and a mouse."

he peeps, lookibng around for food

Burias calmly picks predator off his helm and hugs him gently. "Shhhh, I will find you mice, but if you interrupt bruder's happy time, we will have a repeat of a certain event." he chuckled quietly so only the bird in his hands could hear him and not the two other varghen owls. Burias stands up and starts looking at the base of trees for what might look like mice dens.

Sorianna peeks around the tree, hearing her father's voice and sees the small owl being picked up and hugged by Burias. She stares in bewilderment. "What in the world..." she starts to say until she watches Burias perch him back on his head and start searching the ground.

An idea suddenly comes to mind and she turns to her sister. "Maybe we can too. Come on." She grabs Morgana's wrist and starts dragging her over to where Predator sat on Burias's head.

"Father, I know how important time is right now but I wanted to ask something of you and Morgana. Would you two take me on my first hunt? I never did get to have a formal hunt in the village." She looked back at Morgana and to Predator again, eagerness on her face. "Please?"

Lord nini looks at sorianna in confusion.

"Daughter.....v THe only thing i could hunt right now is a mouse....WHen we return to the main gerounds i will take you on the wild hunt...Right now it is too dangerous with the ghouls roaming."

a m,ouse runs past burias towards a brush of trees.


"KILL IT LORD NINI DEMANDS IT!"

For a brief moment, the voices urged him into throwing lord nini into the bush and at the mouse like a screaming javilin of beak, claws, and feathers. He shook his head, even with a grin on his burned face underneath the mask. "One dead maus, coming up." Burias said as a serpent made of flame slithered down his leg and goes into the bush to get the running mouse with a sizzling hiss.

Sorianna's face falls a little, but she holds the smile. She reaches out and pokes her father in the stomach. "You're going to get fat if you keep eating like that father." She jokes with him.

you hear laughing. Pure and melodic and see cain laying on the ground, watching the group closely, his son laying contently on his chest.

"come on over everyone.....Sit with me."

he smiles as the snake returns with a mouse in its flamng maw

Burias crouches down and holds out a gauntlet hand to the flame serpent. "Gut job little one." he said as it dropped the dead mouse, it;s fur burnt. It slithered up his arm as the flames that made it faded away. "Here you are lord nini, a prepared sacrifice." Burias said as he pulled off the fur before holding it up to him perched on his shoulder, while they go walk over to Cain and his son.
