"....I rather keep my horrible burn scarred visage then that, why would you even bring up that idea." he said, somewhat disturbed by the idea before looking over to Morgana. "I did not realize he was related to Aldolfo." he said in an even tone that he tried to keep, a smile he was trying to keep back underneath his gasmask. "Besides, he is still himself." he shrugged as he still held the sleeping Jacob. " Think we should get back trying to get back to Norfolk with the med supplies we got? Or should we stop and rest at the facility?" He asked cain.

Sorianna chuckled at her sister, but it was half-hearted and the sound soon faded away. She turned around and looked at the spot that Nightmare had stood. If what he had said was true, then what did that mean for the future? Everyone was relying on Cain to save the world, as cliche and unfair as that sounded. Nightmare was confident that he would not be a threat.

Sorianna sighed, her shoulders drooping. His aura alone had been so overly opressive, she could only imagine what other powers he possessed. She looked back at her sister as her mind wandered. "I've never understood your fondness of coffee. Such bitter stuff."

"we arent going back to norfolk any time soon. We are going to fortify the med complex, clean it out, and gofrom there. We have to get more information on nightmare...There is a history bank not far from here that we need to find...From there we decide waht we are doing."

cain stands as morgana smirks.

"Im going to need alot of it......And youll understand when your older sori.Come with me."

Sorianna shook her head slightly. "You've said that to me enough time that I don't think it really means anything, Morgana." She started to pace after her sister. "Where are we going? Won't they need help?"

"This should be fun, I doubt there is much left in the facility to clean out now. Although we should find a better permanent residence for mr. dervish then." he suggested as walked behind cain, carrying jacob who still seemed to be asleep. "...Should find a radio too, tell the vorboten to come back with Großmutter if we are staying here. And get the stuff from the cuban science complex shipped over from norfolk too." he said, going off a mental check list he was making in his head.

Soon the facility is fortified, walls erecterd to keep the dead out, and soon enough buri9as hears a knock at his door.


"Grandson.......Can we talk.."



In the aiery, the upper tier part of the complex predator lands on soriannas bed rest and pokes her face.

Sorianna jerks awake.

"Father...gods you startled me..." She stretches as she sits up. "What needs to be done today? Cain said yesterday that the facility qualified as 'barely usable'." She quoted with her talons at the use of his words. She shook herself slightly when she rose from the bed, the tendrils of the dream she had been woken from still bothering her. It was already fading from her mind and soon she wouldn't remember what it was about.

Burias looks up as he rubs his eyes from going over the papers and pda devices from the cloning facility from cuba as he tried to read up on every detail on the process and the aesop stones, his helmet and ghoulbone gas mask sitting aside on the desk as well. "Großmutter?" he said as he stood up to open the door. He was happy that over the last month that he could talk to her, eva, and more between the shifts of fixing the complex, but this one felt different. "Of course, is there something wrong?" he asked concerned as he led her in his room, toward one of the chairs. Again, he kicks himself mentally for his thought, how he was happy that she did not have sight to see how horrible her grandson looked underneath his gasmask.

The older woman comes inside, now wearing a pristine white dress and her eyes bound by a white blindfold.

"ive come to talk to you about something...SOmething ive been sensing."

Burias looked at her confused before closing the door after she entered. "Sensing, what do you mean by that großmutter?" He asked her as he takes a seat in the chair opposite of her, his gator varghen skin trench coat still draped over it.

Sorianna glances up at her father. "He left Jacob playing alone? Where is the boy?" She picks up a cloak that Lorana had helped her sew from scrap cloth left in the facility and d*CENSORED*s it over her arm. Heading to the large door of the aviary, she quietly slips outside and takes to the air. She let her mind settle and open so she could search the ground and the building.

You take to the air and see a figure walking into the forestr, from the black bodysuit you can assume its cain, but oddly wenogh he has a rifle slung over shi shoulder, and he is walking with the headtaker melinko of the black company

Burias already had a perplexed look on his face, and now it grew even more so. "I have not see any reason why not, he seems to have been a psionic user for quiet a long time now and I doubt it is something Jacob and learn on his own and could use all the help he can get, and none of use have any idea what that is like." He reasoned with a shrug. "Why? Is there something you 'sense' that is bothering you großmutter?" he asked now, still not sure what or how she meant sensing.

Sorianna veers off, flying out of direct sight of the two men. Whether or not they already knew she was following them she did not know but her father seemed concerned about something and she was curious what he was up to.

She began to adjust her head small degrees, triangulating her hearing to try and pick up their conversation, if they were talking at all.

Burias sat a little more straight at what she was telling him, he moved his chair closer. "What have you heard that disturbed you so?" he asked, wanting more details about this. If it is as bad as his grandmother is making it to be, Burias was planning a trip down to the lower floors to talk with messiah.

Sorianna frowns. She hadn't heard about this, but that wasn't surprising. Often times she learned things by snooping. She wasn't overly proud of doing so but she had spent some nights and days, when she wasn't busy, eavesdropping on conversations. It wasn't like her but she knew so little of these people and some of them weren't overly open.

She controlled her flight to keep in pace with them as she continued to listen.

YOu alight on a tree and see cain standing over waht seems to be a human body. It is ravaged by gunfire but it isnt ghoul. From this angle you can see it was a murder.

"Im worried we may have marauders in the area.."

Melinko smirks.

"The black company commander is worried about some the4ives.?"

Burias was slient for a while as it all processed in his head what was being told to him. "Do you know where jacob is now?" he asked her as he looked up from his thoughts. He had something planned in his head. Now wither or not it will go as smoothly as he hope is a different matter entirely.

Sorianna can feel her guilt getting to her. She quietly drifts down and walks into the clearing. "You can not know whether there is a need to be worried when you do not know how the man died. I understand why father was encouraging my recent bad habits. If you needed my help why not just ask?" She looked at Cain as she approached the men.

She stopped and let her mind flow into the body. If he had any liquid blood left she could pull memories from him.
