Move, roll, dodge, was i seen? drop the guard, sap the sentry, rip the spine, consume, move qwuickly, kill, easy? wheres the reaper.....

'He's gone in alone, he's looking for the reaper. His thoughts are...everywhere. Not sure if this is a personal thing for him or he just likes to go after big, bad, and scary. I'm going to recon from the air. If you hear me say ow, I was shot.'

"Ah Ja, because you know, that is a comforting thought to have." Burias said as he shook his head, moving with Vorboten and the rest of black company. He flicked on the comm unit in his helm. "Cain is going after the big fish it seems, we will take care of the cannon fodder." he told them as they moved.

as you come upon the camp it is in turmoil. Lights light up the skyu and you can see that the insurgents have built a small base in the ruins of the town tyhat they slaughtered.


Light posts bare your path and two sentries are stationed at it.


From above sori can see cain dfarting from cover to cover, moving like a wraith through the shadows toward the center of the town.

Sorianna turns her attention to the center of the town. Cain wanted to take out the reaper, but he would be easy enough to find. His stench was overpowering. She let her mind search for the foul aura of the reaper.

'.......Why is she trusting you, YOU, with a weapon that is a precision tool?' a voiced spoke in the back of Burias's head. "Ja, but I think Krieg might disagree with that." He said looking over the rifle, making sure the silencer on the rifle was ready, before moving up behind some cover. 'What are you doing?' another voiced spoke. "What do you think? He put a lot of hours trying to teach me, I am not letting it be a waste to him." he thought back to it. '....This is perhaps one of the dumbest choices you made dummkopf.' a third more deeper voice said. Ignoring the last voice, Burias brings the rifle up and looked down the scope the lenses of his gas mask. Centering the crosshairs on one of the sentries, he waited a moment for it to settle before pulling the trigger.

you find the reaper standing calmly in the center of the town, expectant of the coming duel.

The shot is perfect, it takes the man in the throat and he stumbles off the bannister, draggign the other man with him. THey plummet to their deaths as the comopany begins to move, shooting out the lights to cover theuir entry.

Sorianna shivers at the reapers words. She would help Cain, just not yet. She looked around and found the rest of black company at the gates. 'How many lie in their path?'

She reached out again and counted their potential meetups with guards and other mercenaries.

Kriegs thoughts echoed to the entitre company as he vaults the gate as burias melts it.


"They rose from the ashes and the black company was formed."


The gate melts and above sorianna can see at least 30 men converging on burtiases position.


"The survivors of black company's attack were found weeks later wandering the wastes...Broken mentally....They spoke of the company as ghosts....Spirirts of vengance..."


gunfire rakes past buriases position but the words seem to drown out the din of combat.

All around the company shadows seem to rise from the ground, warriors, men and women that had raised the black company flag stand beside them.

The enemy sees this and a din of fear fills the air as burias cuts through the gate and the company swarms.


Two large men charge burias, their hands covered in wicked fists, one approaches from his side and the other charges him head on .


above sori barely avoids an arrow that whizzes past her face, clipping a feather as below she sees the archer readying another bolt

"I don't like blood staining my feathers." Sorianna folded her wings, dropping out of the sky. As she lined up with the archers towers she flung her scythe with a struggled screech, spinning it in a wide arc around the compound.

"Huh, well things are about to get fun." he remarked looking at the shadowy figures rising around them. That was before his attention was grabbed by the two with spiked cestuses coming at him. As flame enveloped his closed fist, he cocked back his fist and punched forth into the charging mans face. The stamped word 'surprised' glowing in the fire.

the shadowy figures seem to drag down the stragglers into the dark corners as buriases strike connects with bone crackign force.

The word suprise is permanat branded in the dead mans face and he collapses into a heap onto the ground and the other slams int oyou, earing you hard into the wall with a jarring thump.



The syche slices through the mans bow arm with suprising ease and he lets out a scream as he driops the bow and grips his arm.

below you you see jacob rising into the air, his arms raised in supplication as if staring at a cosmic event. Below him the shadiows are pulling, dragging the bones and torn flesh of the foe at his feet like a grisly patheon.


you only give the sight a second of your attention before you hear an animal snarl. The reaper is laughing as cain vaults over a ruined wall and charges, meeting the reaper blade to blade .


in the distance you see a sniper moving into position, he has an odd rifle in his hand that has an odd green canister connected to it

Sorianna lands hard cringing at the snarl. She turns quickly forming dozens of small spikes from the blood. She launched them at the sniper in groups of three groups of thirteen and she lifted into the air again. She was useless on the ground.
