Sorianna cringed at the constant barrages. She knew Ashram was fine but this was dangerous. Her mind expanded out, searching for the rest of the company. When she found Melinko she brushed over his mind. 'Olga, Eva, and I are being escorted by Ashram. We are heading your way.'

 

Sorianna frowned, noticing the lack of presences. She shifted her mind around the town, looking for Burias, and checking up, for a brief moment, on Cain.

The company is undergone but holding Z

Claims mind is blocked out and sealed but you sense something when you find melinko.

He is being chased , a white shadow is pacing him, easily ghosting the warrior .

The sewers are dark and cramped and as you shift your masks filters you notice sonething moving in the dark

'Called it.' the voices said in unison in his mind. "Movement." Burias told them as he kept his attention to where he saw the flash of movement, flicking off the safety to the his AK. He tries to switch the vision filter back to thermal to see if it picks up what he just saw, hoping that it even has any body heat to show up with.

Sorianna carefully touches Melinko's mind. 'We are headed to the company's position with the zealot, Ashram.' Stay sharp.' Without another word she turned and forced her presence at the shadow behind Melinko.

Melinko grunts as he ducks into cover, hiding as men rush past. The shadow crouches above him, watching as melinko moves and for but a moment she looks at you.

 

"You tread on the wrong shadow girl...Leave before i decide to hurt you."

A ghoul rips from the shadows at you, its glistening claws covered in muk as two more lunge for cains clones, engaging them in a vicous skirmish

The butt of the rifle connects with a sickening crack , but the ghoul surges forward and brings it's jaws down on your throat piece, making the bone covered metal crack as you are driven down into the muck with a splash .

The figure hisses and as melinko darts from view and it looks up.

Ashram stops dead in his tracks as a single figure walks into the street.he is tall and thin, the very definition of a prisoner of war . His hands are bound but as ashram centers his stance you notice undead forming up behind him x

Fr a terrible moment his eyes catch yours, you see destruction in those eyes, a world on fire . And it isn't until ashrams arms split into two long razored chains that anyone speaks the name ,

Burias tries to grab hold of the thing by it's neck in one hand to keep it back a little longer as his other hand reaches down to pull out his trench knife out of it's boot sheath. 'Get off! I'm not available!" he said as he began trying to stab it repeatedly.

Sorianna swallowed hard as her eyes meet Nightmare's and she pulled back into herself, knowing she wouldn't be able to afford giving the thing shadowing Melinko her attention right now. It was now that she was noticing how different Nightmare looked every time she had seen him thus far, but she knew it was him. The madness that he oozed was the same.

 

Her scythe formed and she gripped it hard with both hands, settling into a defensive stance. "Ladies...find another to around. Get to the company, they need your help."

Alpha grunts and hauls you to your feet.

You walk down the sewers slowly, until you hear a faint sound.

ahsram lets out a grunt and suddenly an impossible wave of force rips dfown the street, barreling over the massive zealot like a hammerblow, driving him back with a loud thud.

he groans, pushing you into an alley.

 

"That is him....Do not engage...Here you cannot hope to win.....Make the comapny fall back.....Nightmare has siezed an oppoertunity for an ambush."

"Olga....Eva...go, now. I will tell Melinko to meet you. Don't argue, just go. Ashram and I will try to cover you. Get to the company no matter what." Sorianna's mind whipped out like the wind to find Melinko, planting a picture of their location and which direction the girls would be going.

 

'Fall back, Melinko....We're in over our heads.'

Burias stopped short as he tried to listen to the sound, holding up a hand to signal the other two to stop. "....Do you guys hear that?" he asked them quietly. For all he knew it was another group of ghouls laying in wait, but the fact that he can hear something wasn't comforting.

acknowleged melinko grunts and begins to move as ashram charges.

 

the ghouls swarm the zealot only to be trampled and with sickening force the zealot lifts nightmare and slams him through a building with a loud boom.

 

as you watch you notice a dripping over your feathers.......Blood red stains your plumage.

Sorianna waves her hand over the blood, pulling it off her feathers, only to see another red drop stain the white of her breast plumage. With a horrible feeling her gaze traveled up.

Burias tries to switch the vision filter of his helmet again, switching it back to thermal to see the invisible thing that's moving around in the waters. 'What now?' he thought to himself as he keeps the assault rifle ready for whatever is next now.

The figures camoflauge drops and you can see an ornately dressed silencer standing before you.

 

Both men draw their weapons in alarm as you see a nametag glimmer in the light.

SHe is tall, and lithe, an owl similar to yourself. She wears a mask of wroght iron, and she crouches on the chest of one of the black companjy silencers.

Sorianna's body shrunk, an instinctual fear welling up from her stomach. She was fighting one of her own and she knew personally how vicious they could be. She started backing up, but her voice came out strong despite her fear.

 

"You told me to leave, but I stay to protect those who took me in. Who are you to tell me otherwise?"

'Cain's vater, fanfuckingtastic.' a voice mumbled in his head. "Oh.......hallo.......think this can go down the talking route and not the needlessly fighting and taking up time one since we really need to get back to the surface for bruder?" He asked Augustus with a sliver of hope that he was reasonable right now. He had several dozens if not hundreds of questions for the man who is seemingly the reason everything in the world is happening. But there was shit to do and he thinks cain needs help right now.
