"Lexanna...." she groans. "He could use some friendship and that is what I'm here to give." She slides down the wall of the building, sitting with her face in her hands again. The heat from her cheeks was intense. Her voice lowers to a mumble, "Plus my track record with men, which by the way, is practically nonexistent, bodes that ending badly...for me."

Sorianna looks up at her sister's skull and with a pleading look asks, "Can you just drop it, please? It's not something I really want to think about..."

'Ok, now it's just getting creepy.' another voice said after seeing the skull turn and look at cain now. Burias looks between the skull, the blushing sorianna, and now cain. 'Hm....hehehe.' he thought to himself with a smirk as he put on his mask back on. "Sounds gut, wondering how bored Mr. Jingles is getting now." he wondered allowed.

She takes the bowl with a quiet thanks, then proceeds to almost spill the contents when the bag is thrown at her. She watches Cain walk away with a slight smile, ignoring Lexanna's mental smirk.

Sorianna eats quickly, then reaches into the satchel for a random sweet. It had been a long time since she had had treats like this.

Buiras stands at attention outside with the rest of them with his draconic skull gasmask in full gear and uniform. Behind the mask he was smiling to himself, glad to see the rest of the company after the last few days. He stayed silent for the moment, nothing needed to be said at the time.

Sorianna keeps a respectable distance from the new arrivals, watching with curiosity. The machine was noisy to her and she shook her head slightly to try and ignore the strange hum. Her attention was mostly captured by the large reptile that towered over the group. A yawn escapes her and she stretches to try and throw off the sleep.

The heels of Burias's boots clicked together out of habit before he answered cain. "Senior petty officer first class, pyromancer, Seigebreaker." He sounded off quickly, standing back straight and looking straight forward.

Sorianna moves to her sister's side, watching the group of soldiers with a slight awe. A memory stirs, she is younger, Cain and Burias are younger. She hides on a roof, watching the troops go through a morning exercise. Every movement, every spoken word is orderly, precise.....controlled.

For a reason she can't explain her fists ball up as a strange mix of panic and anger bubbles lightly in her chest. The emotions aren't strong enough to show on her face but their presence does not go away.

Burias smiled to the point where his mask shifted up as he looked to Sorianna. "Welcome to the family sori." he congratulated her. "This is a good day." he commented as he looked at all of them, feeling great as he took in the sight.

Surprise crosses Sorianna's face and words escape her. She stares at the company surrounding her until Burias grabs her attention. Her fists slowly unclench and she smiles at him. "Thanks, Burias."

She turns to the rest of the company, not sure what to really say.

cain is already walking, he stands before mr jingles who picks him up and cain motions at everyone else to get in the trucks


"Weve got a facility to sack."

he growls, as buraises grandmother grabs his coat softly.

Burias looked down and was surprised that lollyana was here. "I will be fine Großmutter, I'll make sure to visit you first once we get back to Norfolk after this." he told her as he stoops a little to give her a hug. "Think you and Mr.Stabby will be ok with schwesters and the trip back?" he asked her, wanting to be sure.

Sorianna quickly retrieves her pack, making sure her brother and sister were resting inside. She flies over and lights down quietly next to Burias, looking up at Cain. She honestly did not expect to be pulled into the ranks of Cain's company.

Sighing internally the thought makes her cringe a little, but what else was she supposed to do? It was like Morgana had said, emotions do you no good in times of war and she was going to have to fight, kill, and make decisions that could go against every fiber of her being.

And she would have to deal with those demons when the time came. "Yes, Cain?"
