never had a landraider knocked out before, even by the fire of 6 railguns per turn

5 HQs? I don't know the wolves book well so IDK how legit that is
Otherwise seems good apart from one thing. You have no AA as far as I can see. Otherwise it's fine. Make points for an aegis with quad gun and you should be ok.
Unless you hit something like armoured company lists or Drake spam, you should be good.
Also, QFT because Tau are ridiculously cheap. But not as bad as Eldar Wave Serpents.

Space wolves get 2 HQ's per slot, in 2000pts you can double force org for up to 8 HQ's

He doesn't need AA when he runs plasma guns, cause those weapons have killed a lot of flyers. Another thing is if all the rune Priest have Jaws of the World Wolf, then the Tau player will lose all of his hard hitting units.
Cast down the idols! Destroy the temples! Slay the priests! Show these fools that they worship nothing more than a rotting corpse!

Four plasma guns is not sufficient anti flyer, given that they have to snap fire. Then they need a 3 to take a Hull point off an av 10 flyer. A helldrake needs a 6 for a pen, then you need to roll high enough to break it, after the 5+ invulnerable save. It's less than a 1 in 36 chance, not good odds. Having said that, it's fine in any other area.

Ye seems good the only armies it might struggle with are swarm lists (cause everyone does) and mechanized guard cause having 9 AP 3 templates a turn fucks up a lot of people.
