I win because yes Peewees are piloted by Human Clones (Arm) who are fighting against Humans who have transferred their consciousness from flesh to machine (Core). So yes they can feel fear. Although Peewees aren't a real threat...

There was probably a good reason for making a fat robot at the time but I'm just not seeing it...
