You are receiving this email because you are registered under the username ({username}) and the email ({email}) on the Gothic Wars Community Site ({bburl}), and are also listed as part of a faction/guild/company that uses, or has used, our Teamspeak 3 server.
As you know the server can host up to 512 people and is open for use by any of our community members on any game they play, provided they show respect and courtesy to other TS3 users. Until now the server has required that a Push To Talk button be setup and enabled at all times; after some debate it has been decided to drop this policy. The server now allows people to use Open Transmit and Voice Activated Transmission methods; as a courtesy to other users we require you use either the Voice Activated or Push To Talk methods so you do not spam the channels. This method takes little time to setup and if you have trouble doing so, please ask on our forum under the Community Help section.
Summary: Teamspeak no longer forces Push To Talk, but Voice Activated is required as a common courtesy.
