While we are on about people disobeying the rules don't the rules say to be a faction you need at least 5 members fallenangel only has 3 as I can see so wouldn't his band of merry men get disbanded

We are reviewing the rules regarding that right now to protect groups through the starvation period between now and EC.
Now that said he should have had 5 members to found (which he did) but he seems to have not got them to apply for the group, therefore he should get the intial notice of deletion. As per rules group deletion is a staged 4 week process to give people fair chance to fix things.
I am going to lock this topic now because I think it was locked before then accidentally unlocked, and also this thread is redundant now the OP is banned.
