As for actual feedback, I really can't make any suggestions on how to improve it.

Still looks bad with the multiple backgrounds, and the amount of symbols will make it cluttered when small. Most of your banners are epic, but this one I can't bring myself to compliment

I vote for a Tau-banner, since the donations goes to "the Greater Good"... ^^

Okay, I've been relatively uninterested in this thread so far. But Catty made me aware of it, and I've skimmed through it.
And now after I've done that, I have a few things to say..


To start things off, "Honeybadgers"?
For fuck's sake people, let's try to reach at least a bit above our normal maturity when we're supposed to discuss something serious..


And regarding the suggested banner from JC, I must say I oppose it.
Nothing against you personally JC, I hope you understand that.
It's nothing wrong with the banner, per se, but I don't think it has anything to do with Donating/Subscribing. It actually looks more like something for the Governing Council, where every force is represented around the symbol of GWRS.


Me and Catty have been discussing it, and as she mentions, I suggested that we would use a Tau Symbol. It's aesthetic, neutral (no pun intended), and most importantly, stands for something that is very relevant to Donation, namely the Greater Good.

I don't know how many Donors/Subscribers there are, but I can guess that we are a minority here on GWRS. As Sam says, it's up to us to decide on this matter. But let's do that in a mature way, and with an open mind. At best we will have a banner that everyone loves.
At worse we can at least try to have a banner that no one opposes..

Iron and Catty actually raise valid points, and I agree that the currently proposed banner would be better used elsewhere.

We do, it basically means you dont see adverts, and with GWRS though it will give you a bunch of cool stuff.
