I'm trying to find the artist who makes a bunch of art of basically what looks like Death Corps Krieg Commissars in post apocalyptic earth. They're often pretty funny and the main character is The Captain, who if I remember correctly wears a red scarf and a coffee mug at all times.

Love the bane wallpaper. I know 14 out of the 18 on the second wallpaper, I'm unsure about numbers 2, 5, 9 and 10.
