Mixed spice includes a balance of some or all of the following ground spices: Cinnamon, Coriander Seed, Caraway, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cloves, Allspice and Mace.

We can get it pre-mixed over here. I'm not sure what the Swedish equivalent is.

That's a bit sad. Learning to cook is invaluable, especially now that it's not a womans task anymore - many mothers don't bother teaching their daughters anymore, every single girlfriend I've had I have had to teach to cook. Also knowing how to cook your favourite food means you get them more often

I am cooking my favourite! And I am getting it often

Plus I know how to cook plenty of meals! Most of the time it's remove outer packaging, pierce plastic with fork a few times, cook in microwave for 5 mins, then stir before consuming

I'll learn to cook when I'm a student after developing some form of cancer from consuming nothing but microwave meals for 3 months... Just like everyone who goes to university!
