Cain sasys simply, mptioning for you to follow as the remaining silenmcer teams begin picking off stragglers.

 

"I cant exactly forgive ...but i can understand..And i cant beleive shes sending such a force agasingt the old man."

"As for your old man, he has most of the world's nuclear stockpile under his control, a world where it's been going down the shitter for a while now too." he added as he explained for her reasons of sending the Arx Destortes. "And that's not including the shenanigans of nightmare, wherever and whatever that thing is doing." he shrugged as he pulled out a cigar from a case within his coat pocket. "....You and you're company know this is only going to get worse here when the chinese hear they got bested at a warehouse right?" he asked before lighting it up with a spark of green light from between his index and thumb claw.

"Oh yea. But they won't come here."

" Augustus has a massive force of both ho siht and Imhotep forces. And in more than sure when they see what we've done they aren't going to want to contend with this land. So once we get a break from the storm, we'll run."

The badger could tell you that, he wasted a horde just to get here." he told after taking a pull from the cigar and the smoke exiting out of his nostrils. "And what of that medicine you said you needed for your boy?" he asked, reminding him with the question of why they chose to fight here in the first place.

"Behind this facility is a pass, enough to squeeze even your tanks through. Once The fees been paid, well retreat and youll pound anything following us to paste. "

"Cain, we both know you would have killed him them moment you meet him if you could without knowing about the medicine. But he's still walking around now isn't he?" he said, feeling his scales on his back and neck hackle for a moment at Cain's claim. "And I'm now wondering if you actually understand what's been going on here in the states, let alone the rest of the world, while you and your company been sticking here during the winter?" he asked as he kept with Cain's gaze. "You friend's father, Adolfo Dempsey, gutted the Nazi regime in europe and absorbed into Drachen Blut. The Vatican has been abuzz with talks and cries for a crusade. Damien's black swarms have been on the move through most of asia and just clashed with oh siht in jerusalm. And the worst I think for you and a few others here, a lot of power hungry people know you and your son exist, and already making plans on how your mere existence will help start a new world war." he said flatly to the silencer.

Cain whispers infuriatingly, shouldering his rifle and picking up what looks like a human head.

 

"YOu may not know hits..But im not exactly stupid.....I was a dominus...I DInt peter out at commander."

 

Cain smiles and cracks his neck.

 

"The crusade has been called for for years....As for the drachen blut, im sure your intelligence has told you that the original war dragon has taken to the field? Aided by nazi rebels?"

"Unless the old drake has an amazing ace up his sleeve, Aldolfo will just find him again and we'll have a repeat of history." He said, refering to when the reigns of Drachen blut's leadership were changed rather violently. "It's not a questioning to see if your stupid, you wouldn't have gotten this far if you were, it's of your seemingly causal disregard of the gravity of what's going on. And how badly it'll affect not just you." He explained, pointing a claw tipped index finger at him before waving it around toward the rest of black company.

cain smiles and makes a motion of a ring in the air.

 

"This comapny ..These people...They know my leadership..They trust it. They wouldnt have follwoed me half the way across the country and back if that wasnt the case...Relax Lizard....Get some grub..... Blow up a rock..everything will be fine."

 

In the distance you see Smash pounce on something and begin to laugh raucously.

"....Whatever that was, I'm not cleaning it up." Aberga sighed, shaking his head before heading back out to find the command a.p.c. and contact the rest of his officers. "Let your self relax, let your guard down. Let you guard down, your gates are open. Open gates, easy lost." he said to himself as if a personal mantra, the sounds of squishing of mud and other fluid lick substances accompanying his every step. He was going to check on both the progress of the tanks coming back and the infantry hear that were shoring up the lackluster defenses that Black company had to use before there would be any relaxing. He wasn't sure how long they'll be here but he'll make sure that his company's engineers will make this a much harder nut to crack then they found it before. "There's multiple breaches in the walls, with a giant burning rock sitting in one. Several of the forward positions are a mess after getting over run. Not to mention the massive hole that thing came through, gonna have to use demo charges to close it up. And it all needs to be rectified before another attack, which I'm honestly expecting. Even if cain does not." he said to himself.

your men quickly begin setting about to the building the walls. It takes hours of grueling work and annoyance nut eventually the walls are shored up, and as the giant smoldering ball is pulverized, krieg walks up.

 

"A;brega...Its been a long time."

"Krieg........just so you know now and not later, I might have blown up some of your men when we left oh siht behind." Aberga said, still staring at the now repaired section of wall as he tried to rationalize how and why what looked like an asteroid fell perfectly into the breach. "Didn't know who they where till Thugren told me afterwards honestly." he shrugged. "So, how have you been since you left?" he asked, carrying on the conversation.

'ive been better. Im dealing with a rebllion i dont want to be part of....My sister is barely the woman i remember..My nephew is a demon with power unlike any ive seen. And my brother in law is a Vicous renegade that has turned the govermaent i fought for on his head."

 

he chuckles and opens a flask.

 

"Those men werent with me...They were at one time, but not enough to actually follow me."

"To be fair Krieg, I think we both know that Oh siht hasn't been the same for awhile, even before the shit hit the fan for Cain and his family." Aberga shrugged as he watched his men finish reconstructing the defenses, taking another drag from his cigar. "Hell, even I'm suppose to be "Rebelling" against oh siht and mother now." he chuckle while doing air quotes. He gave out a sigh before looking over to Krieg. "I saw the video....when they 'tested' cain and you watch. What do you honestly think now a days, about all of this and everyone involved?" He asked him, motion to all the activity around him. He wasn't sure if he had negative or positive opinion on cain, his mother, oh shit, or much else and wanted to know where Kreig stands

Kriegs jaw slowly sets. his posture goes rock hard for a moment and he watches his men calmly.

 

"Cain is without a doubt the most vicous renegade in Ho siht history. Hes brutal, volatile, And one of the best combtatants since the ghost soldgier.... but hes the only connection i have to that good memory.... He may not be 100 percent who i remember.,.....But hes close enough .. I see my sisters smile when i see my nephew..ANd if thats not enough to keep going...i dont know what is."

Aberga silently nodded before he extinguished his cigar and put it away. "She still has that picture....of all of us you know." he told him quietly after a moment of silence, as much as his gravelly voice could allow. " I hope you all have an actual long term plan and a place to operate, or are were you going to stick to this nomad company gig?" he asked with a crooked smirk.

"I am the active company Mentor...HTat isnt my decision......Its cain..But im with you..We need an actual base..THis facility wont hold water..Honestly i think it would be best for us to take one of the old world prisons...The walls have held...Bar some ancient ghouls we could make a real base of operations."

"If it has it's own self contained source of water and power, and room for the vehicals, I see no issue. If we can find find more materials, my company can build good perimeter rings around the complex instead of what this was suppose to be." he said looking over the newly repaired defenses. "But...where is cain by the way?" in an annoyed grumble as he looked.
