In game currency... Sounds like its going to be pay to win... Seriously hope they avoid that or it is going to ruin the game... But then again if it isn't released on Xbox One I don't really care what they do with it...

The site says that you unlock skins and some classes & vehicles with real currency. You cannot buy experience, or damage buffs with real money,

They've put a lot of effort in to shout out it WONT be pay2win, the closest tyhing to it is that if you are Free 2 WAAAGH! then it will seem like pay 2 win compared to subscribing players.

 

Also I feel like a derp, I seriously overestimated the USD to GBP exchange, it's only £23... I thought it would be something like £35 XD

 

I will be getting this, POSSIBLY the sergeant pack depending how much I have left over after the Steam Sale, but it seems unlikely after I've already brought 25 games already....

I probs wont be getting the Founders Pack, or anything to do with it until it actually comes out. In which case, thselfen I will pay for things.

 

Need to reseve a name myself for the Sons, though will probably do it on Saturday. 
 

As for the Ingame currency thing, I can see how it works, same with LoL, your paying for what you want (E.G Classes and Skins), not what you need(XP and shit.).

 

Still cant wait for the game.

As I said I'll be buying one when I get paid on July 16th. However I won't need to use my guild name reservation because I will be joining one of the established factions for fun. So I'll probably be able to reserve a name for people too poor to do so

There was a thread and they closed it after saying "thanks for your input" or something. This was before they opened up Founders Pack, so I bet they're gonna do it in menus when they make it.

Cool, I got that one as well, and just recently they released a mini $15(?) one where you can only play as the Ork race (but with all the options of a paying Ork player, whereas F2P Orks only get scrub stuff)

Not sure I'll get it at all TBH. Really depends on release price, sub price, and who else is actually going to be playing as a regular faction, then if that'll mean having to leave the NLs - yes, that is still a concern of mine. 

 

But really, I'm not too fussed about this. Lost a lot of love for 40K recently, any support for GW at all, and the hype's kinda worn off here.

I lost all support for them as well, but content and products others make on their behalf and don't be dicks about it I'd always support just to reinforce the right kind of Behavior (nudge nudge )

I recently broke my vow of not giving GW money and bought all the Ciaphas Cain novels for my trip to the UK. They won't get money for models though

After seeing that stupid Ninja Cats vs Samurai Dogs rip off I am now skeptical about their video games too. EC looks good, but this far out we just know way to little

With the string of recent Uber-fails from all my favorite software developers, I'm not going to put any money down till I see the final game, as well as full reviews by other people. I do not want to drop another 40-60 dollars into  something made of pure failure. Again.

Understandable given how almost all AAA titles release broken. BF4, COD:AW, Halo:MCC and the list goes on
