Metals issue is not Twisted Treeline, if anything that should be better than Howling Abyss because it's a smaller map so less to load. What he needs to do is install LowerPing and try playing with LowerPing connected to New York or some other east coast city. It should stabilise his connection

I would. But that's a Dive weekend for me in Kaikoura. This coming weekend is free weekend. Basically with me it diving every second weekend and free weekend every other weekend. One day I might get to join in the festivities
