It's a website where you can copy paste text onto, and then link to it. Sort of like uploading a photo, but for text. This allows you to upload and offer the dxdiags without the risk of a virus contained in an uploaded file (cos you're just uploading copy pasted text)

Alright, and this is going to show how technologically challenged I am, what's the windows key?
Usually between the Control and Alt key, pressing it will open the Start menu, and it minimizes games when you hit it by accident.
