Hey Guys, 

I've started playing 40k now due to the hilariously low prices you can get on ebay and bitswap. Im talking between 10-35% of retail price on everything. It seems quite a few people are jumping ship, so I'm picking up the stuff people want to sell at quite a discount.

Anyways, we've started a campaign with 6 people, myself included. Out of the group 4 people are pretty chill, myself included, but 2 are pretty hardcore wankers and go figure they play tau. I heard from one of the other guys in the group that the guy i will be playing is going to take two riptides in a 1250 point game. So, I'm thinking that instead of playing a fun list, I'd be a dick right back.

So, here is the list I came up with.

Warlord

-Warboss (on a bike, Power Klaw, attack squig)

HQ's

- Big mek (Kustom force field, on a bike, Killsaw)

-Pain Boy (on a bike)

Troops

-9 boyz w/nob w/power claw in a trukk

-9 boyz w/nob w/power claw in a trukk

-9 boyz w/nob w/power claw in a trukk

Elites

- 4 nobs on bikes

Fast attack

-4 storm boyz + nob/w power klaw

-blitz bomma

Heavy Support

-deff dread w/it will not die (grot riggers) and a skorcha.

Remember the list was built to do one thing, wreck Tau lists that are template and battlesuit heavy

Alright Gents. I have just gotten back from the above described game. Many tau rage tears were shed. I emerged victorious 9 Victory points to 2 and only 2 units of crisis suits were left after 5 turns. It was glorious to watch the rage build up in the Tau player's eye as he poured shot after shot into my Warbike Mob and it plinked uselessly of the Kustom Force Field or the Painboy would patch nobs up with some feeling no Pain.

As I suspected the Tau  player took 2 squads of stealth suits, 5 squads of crisis suits, and two riptides.

 

It was GLORIOUS! I enjoyed the game quite a bit and I'll probably write a story driven play by play of the battle. The highlight of the battle was my Warboss Insta-gibbing the Crisis Suit commander with one blow.
