We don't run Faction forums anymore. The 2.0 upgrade transferred that power to the leaders of each Faction. I can see she is in the LoTD faction, so if she cannot access the forums then I would suggest you've borked up your rank and access settings!

You'll have your private faction area with it's own sub forums, but as leader you need to configure them. The idea behind 2.0 is that leaders can run their own affairs without needing Staff to help them (with the sole exceptions of forming and disbanding a group)
