You don't actually need to do anything he does. Access LoTD faction portal and see if you can click discussions on the right side menu.

To access the portal click Factions, find LoTD in the Space Marine faction list (or it might be on one of the front page lists)

When Im clicking discussions on the right side of menu I get this message: "Your group membership status is pending approval. Your membership request will have to be approved before you will have full access to this group."

I got a full access as a Faction XO before all these changes..Its difficult for me to navigate now after all changes that have been made..

Alright so that message means you have applied for the group but Moose has not approved your application. The old system had admins putting members in forum ranks and it was slow and cumbersome. This new system gives almost all the power, responsibility and control to the group leaders. 

 

You need to have moose login and approve your membership, if Moose is no longer around then you need to get someone else promoted to leader

If you were leader you would have access yes. If Moose is no longer interested in the community you should replace him as operator of the faction on the site (eg get him to make you the officer/ambassador in charge of this site)

Pretty much. Tell him to email support@gothicwars.org using the same email he used to register on here and it'll open a ticket on his account, he won't need to even touch the site

Because the idea is that it cuts down on administration work for us mods. Active groups should be self sufficient. *removes serious hat*
