Nah, Ariok's just super brief. It's good advice as well, though I will say now that this isn't exactly going to be super strict on the fluff.
I trust these guys to run characters they can manage. It looks like I'll only have two or three players, so keeping things balanced shouldn't be too hard. In a party, there shouldn't be anyone more powerful than anyone else, and they shouldn't be the most powerful things in the world.
