Hello everyone are there still people on here that play eve. There are at least 3 of us playing and we are looking at building a bigger corporation and alliances if any of you are interested in playing it or getting back into it we are currently based in the Mimtar in rens system. I'm in a large corp from my MMO community, they're not very active at the moments sadly but I hope to change that once I have my interdictor. What do you lot do, PVP?

Honestly crucias we are all still learning..... Want to be able to pvp but there only 4 of us so were focusing on building up our corp atm

If you want to PVP you need to decide how you're going to find your targets. There is fourways of doing that

1. Faction/Corp Warfare - Join a fleet and fuck people up
2. Ambush - Get an Interdictor sphere anchored between two gates somewhere in Nulsec. Sit in the sphere and kill people you catch
3. Probes - Get someone trained up on using probes, warp to 0 on top of targets
4. Gate camp - Sit on a gate and fuck people up

I have listed them in order of difficulty in finding targets. I only included #4 to cover all bases, in reality gate camps only work on ships that jump slowly (capital ships, freighters etc) and will not result in a fun fleet experience. 

 

I am currently training into Interdictors for my corp which is inactive because our gate camps were boring.

In that case the following will be useful

• Interdictors - who doesn't love a good ambush
• Electronic Warfare - jam target lock and prevent warp so they cannot fight back nor escape
• Logistics - repair ships in the fleet so the fleet can hang in the fight longer
• Damage - pure bloody mad short-range DPS (Interdictor bubbles ain't large, 15km I think)
• Drones - A good drone boat can rip someone to bits, but drones can also salvage, repair and EWar

Yeah I loved Dust as well, have been toying with the idea of picking up a cheap PS3 for it

Well dust is kinda of a beat subject now if i would recommend anything it would be to wait till project legion comes out
