Not that simple, they have not released it for the Xbox yet nor have they given us any indication when to expect it unfrozen. This is partly to blame why I haven't done any of the website changes - I am very busy and dedicating time to overhaul a community for a game that is currently in development purgatory doesn't climb high up the priorty scale.
I intend to setup an Xbox Group once they make that feature available to all Xbox users (including PC through the Xbox app I believe). As for guild, I assume you mean inside their systems? If so can you make guilds for console? - I thought that feature was limited to PC at the moment.

I suppose there's no real harm in setting up a GWRS Temp guild on the PC version, as long as it is clearly advertised as such so when the time comes the "official" status can be pulled without bitching and whining. It could also be used to recruit Xbox players who couldn't wait and splurged on the PC in the interim.
