The developers have Vassal have given me a link to their 3.2 development builds and have asked for our feedback on them.
You can download them from:

If you do decide to use any of the versions from that link, please post your feedback in this thread and I'll forward them to the devs.
Once our server upgrade is done, I'll install Jabber on it and we can use that as our private Vassal server.

VASSAL 3.2 beta runs on Windows 7 but not Windows 8. However the daily build works on Windows 8.
