we need to be careful...ive heard tales, of some keepers attacking civies

if keepers are attacking Civies then we will be losing more support for us and Cains following will be growing what we need to do is take out people working for Cain. if people are working for Cain they are commiting treason against Sanctum and they should be cleansed by the flames of the keepers.
