THe flame engulfs the mope in a sheet of white hot flames and it screams, whirling around in suprise. In the dark light, you can see that the ghoul was wearing stips of human flesh over its disfigured limbs, giving it the macabre appearence of a man, but now, covered in flame, the ghouls flesh melted away like cheap wax.

Screaming in pain, the mope lunges at you, swiging its claws in wide arcs, aiming for your head, but its eyes slowly begin to melt from its socts

again the mope is engulfed in flames, the skin of its face peeling and burning away until omnly bleached bone remains, with a slight sigh , its corpse falls backwards off of the cliff and down into the murky water below

brand catchs his breathe as he watchs the water to see if mope would surfice before walking back to the mouth of the cave and back to the settlement.

As brand leaves , a silage arm comes up out of the water and the mangle wreckage of the mopes torso begins dragging itself out of the muck

The night is quiet, nothing disturbs the night but the lights of the settlement can be clearly seen

brand snikers and begins to leave the cave once more. when he is near the mouth of the cave he equips his drill and collapses the tunnel entrance. he then heads back to the settlement to report

Command is ecstatic about the news an armoires convoy will be sent in the morning to retriev you

brand heads towards the barracks to get a good sleep in and wait for the convoy in the morning.

the night comes but goees sluggishly, nightmares of the town, the ghouls and cain ravage your sleep

a cold sweat grips your skin as you feel the cold wasteland air brush you, your sleep becomes troubled and fearful as yo uwatch derrik die over and over

finally the morning comes and brand leaves his bed and heads over the sink and washs the cold sweat from his face. the water feels soothing against his skin as he still recalls what happened to Derrik. Brand heads back to his bed to adorn his Keepers armour. he slips on his shirt of the bandages that hold together the wound that Mope inflicted upon him. He puts his armour on silently making sure all the clasps are tighten and all the valves attached. The sound of boots come from the hallway Brand goes back to the mirror to take a look at himself in his keeper's armour. the slash from Mope stands out the most besides the dents and scratchs that the armour has protected him from his battle with jack and the falling debris of the building.

Brand coldly laughs "yeah a firebug" those words tore through is mind and he could almost see him standing beside Krynn. Cain standing behind the flames with the light dancing madly over his figure and his machette
