As you walk your eye catches something in the sludge , you turn and and see the butt of a thumper

You pull at it , it takes a while but Youanage to wrench it from the ooze

The weapon is an old thumper but it is in perfect condition

The craftsmanship is perfect and on the side is the word

"Is there any chance we could go back since right now I don't have a good feeling" sad kanta a he then lifted up his shotgun and loaded it making sure that a repeat of last time was not going to happen

As you turn a beast hangs from the ceiling

It's body is a mix of humanoid covered in chitinous chunks. It's face, full of eyes and teeth smiles obscenely and hisses

"well then why don't you come down here you...you double arachnid" said kanta as he kept his hand on the trigger of the shotgun as he then reached slowly for the thumper as he wanted to make sure he timed this right

"Isaiah Thanatos hope you guys are ready" kanta said quietly

The beast hisses than lunges

It's speed is unimaginable, it lunges at you spitting and swinging its legs attaché to its back with deadly speed and power

"so what are you two going to do since we do have to kill this thing" said kanta as he then looked back towards where the spider landed in the water as he readied his shotgun with some slug rounds

Instantly frost begins spreading out from his hands in a solid sheet


Isaih smirks and puts his hand onto the water causing the water to boil under the ice

"huh fried spider I wonder if its dead yet" said kanta as he waited for his companions to finish what they were doing

The spiders corpse rolls up under the water and Thanatos smirks

It's dead if lack of air didn't kill it that heat bath did

"well now that's done I'm gonna look around this place to see if there's anything but can you guys look for another path this time" said kanta as he started looking around the room for anything of interest like old equipment of people that the spider had killed
