olbireg beleives the wasteland needs to have a set of law, uniform, that both ho siht and wastelanders should have to follow. he wants disbanding of judges and a unified force of dicipline..Krieg wants chaos..ho siht profits from it...so he doesnt want to loose his cushion....kriegs weapon is cain, but its imperfect, and flawed by the fact that cain thinks...olbrieg took the one advasntage krieg had...by making a weapon out of the only thing cain cared about

now ..normallyyou would blame the scorpion, but can you truly? can you truly blame the scorpion for being waht it is? no you cannot. But waht if the scorpion was being forced to sting.....can you blame it than?
