[Talon Lord Othrim]

Katrina waves to get her companions attention, then points to the carnival. She pulls along side her, "I suggest we hide the bikes and walk in!." She shouts over the roar of the engines. "Scope the place out first! I don't want another nasty surprise like last time!"

She nods and leads you to an abandonded overpass.

She hops off of her bike and locks it.

" be on your toes.... This carnival is infested with failed ho siht weapon projects."

"Oh great." she laughs, "this should be easy then, failed projects mixed with a healthy sprinkling of psycho killer. The joy! Come on." Smiling she prepairs herself and is ready.

Salana leads you to a part of the high grate that has been widened eenough to sneak in.

you squeeze through the grate and find the carnivals dusty streets silent, not a single thing stirs.

From where yo uare you can go to the foods of the world area, the tunnel of love, and the mad house.

Gun in each hand she survays the scene. Lets start with the food court I'd rather not be in a confind space just jet.

You move carefully. Charred bodies lay piled up on either side of the walkway as you go to the fuel court.

It's heavily fortified, somone seems to have barred the doors but a half lowered catwalk ladder is just out f reach

Looking around she wonders if there is anything she can use to reach the catwalk ladder.

Serena crouches down.

" ill vault you princess get on my shoulders. Once you've gotten up lock your ankles into one of the rungs than pull me up."


She lowers herself so that you can place a foot on her shoulders

Accepting the shoulder she vaults up to the ladder.

You grab hold of the ring than hear a loud snap. The ladder falls and you are sent crashing to the ground, landing in a heap on your comrades back.

She grunts in pain and pushes you off as a single figure can be seen in the distance .


A ghoul looks at you curiously , it's head cocked obscenely to the side, drawn by the loud clatter of the falling stairs.


Soon, you can hear te undead stirring and your comrade leaps to her feet.

" god your a clutz."

She growls, placing a breach charge on the door.

" kill that thing silently before it calls the others."

"And the detonation of that thing," indicating the charge, "Wont?"

She stands and draws a blade. Moving quickly and quietly she makes for the ghoul with the intention of a swift clean strick to the head.

The head is sent spiraling away in a single cut and it slumps as you hear a whistle and your companion motions to the opened door .

She laughs disappearing into the darkness

She follows shaking her head. ( I'm going to have to teach this woman some lessons in seniority if she carries on) Oo. She thinks to herself.

Inside you see a grisly sight. A ladder lead up to the buildings destroyed roof and five silencer corpses hang from the roof, a viscous iron like liquid running from their stomachs.

"Fuck.... Something killed all the guards here."

"Look" Katrina points out. "Something caused the iron in their blood to moleculise. Caine has the ability to do something like that and if he can I'm sure there will be other experiments out there that can do the same."

She scans the area carfully for signs of movement.

everything is quiet and your companion cuts down one of the bodies.

The body is ravaged, but cains touch is apparent, thhe symbol of the silencers circle, a spiraling circle is carved into the corpses forehead.

Katrina looks for signs of necrosis and levidity to see if she can determine how long ago the silencer may have been killed.

The kill is filled with maggots and flies, and by the rot you can't exactly tell the time but you can see its been dead for more then a week.

Your ally points to a small almost imperceptible tile in the wall.

" looks like we've found the security hun.. Push that tile."

She pushes the tile with the muzzle of her gun, ering on the side of caution.

The door opens, and a faint glow fills the room.
