The silencer turns to it's downed comrade and begins to look around, looking for any trace of you

the shots miss nad the silencer whirls aroud. hid weapon barks and you feel a white hot pain at your side .

Blood pours onto the snow as he draws a knife, closing the distance between you with a snarl.

Tobias drops his guns and draws his knife swiping it at the silencer

a shot rings out and the mans face is blown open messily as ruby manages to bank a shot to save youer hide.


A flare takes to the sky and you can see distant shapes moving through the snow.


You can risk going into the snow again or go deeper into the ruins for safety

Ruby nods as you slam through the door to why looks like a library.


It stink of age and cold but roughly ruby shoves you inside and bolts the door.

" strip ... Now we have to treat that."

She growls fumbling or her med kit."

Tobias removes the upper part of his armour to reveal the wound in his side

She quickly pulls out a pair of forceps.

"pull the bullet out while i heat the dart ."

she lights up her lightrer and begins to heat up a sharop metal barb

You miss and you grip the ravaged flesh.

You let out a scream that ruby silences with a bloddy rag and she growls .

" goddamn it Tobias!"

Tobias bits down on the bloodied rag and look of apology mixed with pain in his eyes as he lets go of the ravaged flesh and tries once more to remove the bullets

You manage to pull it out and ruby jams the long length of heated metal into the wound.

Searing it shut .

"You ok dear"

She asks, covering the wound :

"oh im fine and dandy baby" tobias says moving his arm out of the way to allow ruby to apply the bandage "kinda makes me think i should've gone for the king" he says with a chuckle
