Death Company Dreadnoughts have: Fleet, Furious Charge, None Shall Stay My Wrath (ignoures shaken and stunned), and black rage. All for a 125pts including 2 dreadnought close combat weapons, a melta, and a stormbolter.

Its evil and disgusting and your a terrible person if you use one.
