After having played with and against many of the Chapters on here;I've kept asking myself who are the best swordsman in Gothic Wars. Obviously by swords I mean Assault Class, but I mean the Power Sword or Chain Sword in general ( Sorry Axe and Hammer). So I wanted to hear everyones' opinions on who are the top 15 Swordsmen in Gothic Wars. Also...don't pick yourself 8l

Personally, I would have to put Gerhart of the Crimson Fist ,Dern of the Dark Angels, and Kite Arca of my own Templars in the top 15. but that's just me.

To ensure that you don't pick yourself or one of your own chapter members, you have to say someone from another clan.

Definitely going to say Brother Dodge of the Fists, Kite Arca of the Templars, KOFAS of the Deathwatch, and UnablePiano of the Space Wolves.

There are MANY mroe I can't remember the names of, I tried to keep the list with active players. This list could be made up of at least 10 more SW's, BA's, or WS'.

Its a shame I really have not gotten to see many of the Ravenwing in action so I cant say.

if the hammer is not being included with the blade then thee best brother i have seen upon the field of battle with a blade would be UnablePiano.

As for the hammer, Supreme Grand Master Dern of my Chapter, Brother tedanator of my Chapter and Twiggyparadise of the Iron Warriors are amoung the best i have played with. I have only have had the honor of facing Lord Gerhart in battle once and he seemed adapt with his hammer. As i am but recently became a brother astarties a little over a week ago i have not had the privilage of facing many of the names mentioned thus couldnt give a full list. I do look forward to seeing these skilled astarties and heritics upon the field of battle.

There are others I know of by reputation (Dern), and others I've played but I simply cannot remember their names right now...

I know Ariok defeated KOFAS.

Ariok is a beast, Piano is a beast both are in the UK. Why have they not dueled yet?

I would love to see a 1v1 between them. Also we need to set up a 1v1 Assault tourny no perks chainswords and pistols only no nades or stims. I see no other way to prove the best, that way no one can claim they lost to perks.

Awww, no one's mentioned me? I suppose that makes sense, under the consideration that you all normally see me as a tactical. Maybe I'll have to change that.

Prosperan, Woody, MrRoboto, and UnablePiano are all some good swords that I've fought. I've heard from reputation that Kite and Dern are also good assaults. I need to test that out sometime soon.

Aw, kind of sad that I'm not listed. Ah well, I probably die too much to be much of a help.

But pretty much the same as above: KOFAS, Bloodscream and Unable Piano. The rest I've either never played or seen.
