BAs V Wolves do we have a time limit as to when this gets done by ? we are loooking at the 29th is this ok ?

It has to be within the week Monday -> Sunday, though you can ask nicely for extensions if you have good reasons. While we recognise that timezones and lifestyles can impede gaming, we want the tournament to move swiftly.

Just a reminder that today (well Monday morning for me) is the cutoff for round 1, so the following teams need to play in the next 24 hours or I will pick the likely winners.

Scars vs Salamanders

Teams on the right will be forfeit if you cannot play. Obviously I picked in favor of the more active chapters in order to keep the tournament moving.

Next Sunday (5th Aug) is the cutoff for round 2.

I think the current line ups will have no trouble playing their games.

Since this time the matchings are between chapters who have no clear distinction in levels of activity, I will have to come up with some other system.

If you're wondering why I am pushing this, it's because there is an inevitable delay when the two branches come together for the final, and I am trying to minimize it. I am aware a lot of members did not get the chance to compete in this competition, and am planning on running another one after this that should provide far more opportunity for members to slaughter each other.

I kinda of like this set up Cucias. The Fists play tons o other matches do all of our other guys who want to play still play. It has been fun seeing different guys earn their way into the top 5 spots. The only change I would say is open it up to larger teams.

I agree. Double-elimination format works really well.

Due to the Fiasco last week I extended the round period so the DAs/AoR could get their house in order. Come Monday I will automatically advance the Blood Angels as they have been waiting patiently, however AoR have indicated they will be able to play this weekend so I doubt it'll be necessary.

Thanks for your patience, especially those waiting for this tournament to end so the next batch can begin!
