is it possible to bring it forward so i get the most out of my summer? - thats only 2 weeks before school starts again

To clarify on my end, the event will take place that weekend, come monday it will be over and we will count the bodies.
I chose that weekend because the july tournament should be over with by then.
Were you looking to make it earlier in the month, or later?
