If you play some randoms and start some conversation you would be surprised at the amount of un affiliated players out there. All it takes is a couple of weeks and you could have a full company. All that a company needs is a leader willing to play and run the chapter regularly... the dedicated players will come.

I can say that the dark angels can stay though, I respect that it must be hard for a chapter to have only a rock compared to our entire system
