If you want to get recruits it might be best to go with a chapter that people know rather than make your own. That way people might gravitate toy our chapter over a brand new one that has no lore. I would like to see your chapter succeed.

Though my advice is don't start a chapter until you can prove you can hack leading them. Leaders have 2 ears and 1 mouth, so a good leader listens twice as much as he/she speaks. Most chapters on here fail because their leaders cannot maturely commit to running the chapter FOR THEIR MEMBERS and NOT THEMSELVES.
I'm not saying don't do it, or you personally cannot, just voicing general concerns for you to consider. Just remember a chapter is for the members benefit, not the leaders.
Read this document and make sure you understand and accept all of it. As you will have seen recently we have started being hard on factions, shape up or ship out basically. Weakly led and organized factions harm the whole community, not just their own members. This is why we wrote that document, and continue to upkeep it as we find new issues to add

Stress will also be in this as well.
I agree with dern, I only lead a company and its stressfull and dern leads over 90 guys so your gonna get stressed alot more as in the ultramarines there wasnt even a 1/4 as many as dern leads and not even as many as I lead under your command.
I don't think Farther's For Justice will allow you in the protest where you will be running around on a really high roof while pissed off your face

fu22y it wasnt that it was stuff going on in and around home that got to me
I would tactfully suggest that until you should learn the skill of emotional compartmentalization first.
A leader who flips out for no in-game reason (well actually any reason) is no good to their members. It's a very important skill to acquire if you want to get far in life.

At over 350 members and 106 accts I can tell you it's hard remember your not only their leader your the example . Set a high bar and they will rise to meet it set it low and they'll trample you as the move to the next thing
