I have just seen on the dashboard Transformers Fall of Cybertron. Is this a sequel???
Because I loved War for Cybertron.
Except my brother always put me to shame. Usually because with an EMP shotgun he got the killstreak which makes reloads not needed for a short time so he could spray with a EMP shotgun and destroy everyone =P
Also he went Jet hunting disguised as an Autobot and blasted them out of the sky before they realised a Decepticon flew past them =P

The campaign was awesome for Decepticons and Autobots. Killing Zeta Prime was awesome. Starscream still his usual bitchy self! We lost contact with Megatron so I am the new leader. Everyone retreat.....
It was great when Starscream was killed in the movie by Galvatron =D

If this is a sequel then I want to fight more things like Omega Supreme and Trypticon.
On the image from the dashboard I saw Optimus and Grimlock so does that mean I CAN USE THE DINOBOTS!
They best have Shockwave! I had him on War for Cybertron but I do not want to wait for DLC!

Also I like these transformers because they don't fuck around with the logic of Transformers like Bayformers do....

(I am a bit of a fan boy when it comes to transformers.)

Another great 3rd person game, I really enjoyed the first one. tried out the demo for this new one the other day and was satisfied with it still. Hopefully I'll get a Raven Guard Team up for this.

I started the download just to see but if people are saying it is then YAY!

Why a Raven Guard team? Why not a Gothic Wars team. Because near the end of War for Cybertron I could only find one or two games online =(

I lived on War for Cybertron for at least a week =)

There are going to be dinobots and insectacons. All the usuall characters. The combatacons and bruticus. Metroplex who from what I've seen is bigger than omega supreme. I've got the dem and preordered the game yesterday. It's going to be awesome

I literally stayed on war for cybertron for AGES! It was like the only game that I would play for months, and then I branched off to gears and SM because matches were getting harder and harder to find. I cannot wait for the next now

Yeah other games have killed off its Multiplayer. I hope they still have escalation!

Escalation was more fun that zombies due to the fact you face many various kinds of enemies, you can help team buy doors, overshields, health and pretty much anything else that requires energon. Is a bastard though when someone pinches your overshields and fucks off

Does anyone know what Decepticon/Autobots you get for pre ordering? I remember I had Jazz from my brother as he used my xbox so I got to use all of the DLC even though he bought it =D

Many of the Templars have this game and I for one think that it is an amazing. I will most definitely be buying the game when it comes out. It has amazing animations and everything flows very smoothly with little to no lag issues, I would say that it's an almost perfect game

Yeah, me hugo and spider had a bash on it earlier with teji from the DA. If this game gets big enough in this community we will all have to be like "dear cru, if you give us a transformers subpage we will murder all the bronys and beiber fans in your name"

Anyone pre-ordered it from anywhere which gives you something really good?
From what I have seen and talked about as me and Joker have talked about it.
GAME seems best as it gives you G1 Optimus Prime, G1 Retro Shockwave cannon and G1 Retro Megatron Scoped Pistol.
From Play.com you gey Swoop to use online. =) Anyone get anything really cool from some other website?
I think I am missing out something Joker was on about but he can probably tell you about that one.


We were talking about if they had a G1 Megatron and you transformed into a gun and then someone would pick you up. Who would get the kill? Megatron or the Transformer who fired the gun? =P I think it should be split 50/50 because you need the gun to kill but the gun needs someone to pull the trigger =P

G1 Weapons are only for single player I think.

I want to see him being used as a Shoulder mounted weapon by team mates as a gun. That way while one was facing the front the other could look around as a defence. But when the Guy dies Megatron is left as gun on the floor.

As of July 31st, the Fall of Cybertron demo has been available on XBL and PSN for free to the public masses and I expect EVERYONE to take at least 1 hour to play the demo, it's got 2 single player missions and multiplayer on 1 map, the only game modes available are seize ground and team death match. Also as it's a demo you can only go up to level 6 as High Moon Studios is just teasing us till the full game comes out. For the new foals or colts or ponies who dont quite understand what my obsession is with this game i can explain very easily: fire-breathing space t-rex. Nuff said. These are just a few motivators to get you guys to pre-order by far the BEST transformers game in the history of gaming. After all who doesnt want to play as a giant fire-breathing t-rex? Anyways i'd love it for everyone on this site to download the demo and try out the best Transformers moments that Michael Bay hasnt ruined.

OH YEAH!!!! I'll tell you guys about the classes there are in the game too.
Ok so first off i'll start with the Infiltrator class, basically they're the hitmen/snipers of the game. Their mode of transportation consists with sports cars and muscle cars, weapons usually consist with fully automatic CC weapons and precision distance weapons. The main specialty of this class is to cause panic and chaos, your small size makes you really hard to hit and your cloaking or EMP grenade helps for quick getaways or causing more chaos wether it be up close with shotty or at a distance with snipes. However since their vehicle form is smaller than some of the bigger classes they only have 300 health, putting them at the bottom along with scientists for armor strength.
Next lets talk about the noob class, the Destroyer is the explosive specialist of the game considering it has nothing but bazookas, rocket lawnchairs, grenade lawnchairs, and artillery cannons. Their vehicle forms consist with trucks, humvees, and jeeps. Abilities are either a a one-sided barrrier you and your teammates can shoot through or you hover in the air for a moment before using your girth to flatten anyone stupid enough to be near or below you when you come back down. Their health is an improvement over the more delicate infiltrator class with 400 health. This guy specializes in clearing out a room full of people with enough explosive weaponry to level a small moon.
Now let's move onto the biggest guys in the game, the Titan class. These guys have the most armor out of all the classes with a whopping 500 health and their loadouts are extremely effective usually consisting of chainguns, lightning cannons, Nurgle's boomstick (slime cannon), and my favorite a vampire shotty that drains your enemy's health and give it to you. Their overall superior firepower come at the price of low mobility since they all transform into hover tanks, their abilities consist of a temporary tornado of melee that destrolishes anything within arms reach to shreds within 3-6 seconds, or an arm mounted shield that blocks enemy fire for the more defensive terminators. Recommended use as the heavy hitter who stays in the middle of the fight.
And lastly lets talk about the fliers of Cybertron, the Scientist class. Their vehicle form is the highly prized jet form which packs the highest mobility in the game, but as its a flier they also rank amongst the most delicate classes. (300 health, same as Infiltrator) But as a young bot once said "The least likely can be the most deadly" as shown by their mobility, weaponry and abilities. The Scientist's weapons consist with burst rifles, Nurgle spit balls (location tracking acid pistol), assault rifles, and a tron disc launcher which can launch up to 3 discs at once. The abilities of the Scientist consist of a healing beam for other troops or a sentry turret that can be setup and packed away at will. The scientist is meant to be played as a support class to heal teammates or provide extra cover fire from a distance as marksmen.
If anyone would like to know any other info like the specific weapons or what weapon perks are available feel free to ask me or anyone else that's played the demo. Some of the wolves are already shedding autobot energon, why arent you?

Never saw anything for Amazon's Pre Order stuff but still the way you described it made it sound shit. Probably is.....

Still I need to get some money to get this! To be honest there are no really good pre order content.... The only that sounds good to me is the Optimus Prime G1.

Which I will probably be able to get through DLC that they will release like they did with Jazz, Shockwave and the other Decepticons and Autobots.


EDIT: In case you didn't know the demo level limit is going to be increased I would guess another two so you can unlock the weapons like Nucleon Charge Rifle, A-4 Pulsar Cannon, Corrosive Slim Cannon and Gear Shredder. The Increase in levels will allow you to upgrade your abilities like Cloak to last long or while using whirlwind you take less damage.
