That is where I saw it in the announcement bar =P I didn't know if others had seen it. I know now that I need to get my scientist, destroyer and titan up a couple of levels. =)
I think I know why you will be able to level up level 10. It will be so the new guns you unlock can have an upgrade. I think that is why =P

Ok so in case anyone was wondering how many weapons there are and what they do in FoC, well then here's your answer. Personally i like the confetti maker (subsonic repeater) and Nurgle's nipple cannon (you can figure this one out)
