To be just, our law must be cruel.
To stand upon the bedrock of law is our great duty. To presume to stand above it is our worst heresy.
We determine the guilty. We decide the punishment.

So jk could be one of the inquisitors thugs or special acrobats and the like also there is the possibility you could be an untouchable or a telekine
Probably just one Acolyte out of a Cell. Don't have to be a thug, acrobat, blank or psyker to be an Acolyte. You just have to be good at what you do.
In the Corporals case, it is probably just a really good and zealous guardsman. If you've ever played Dark Heresy, you would understand.

Especially helpful, competent (or attractive) retainers may become permanent members of an Inquisitor's retinue as new Acolytes, helping him bring light to the dark corners of the galaxy.
There is a slew of lore on the agents Inquisitors employ to do their work so that they don't have to be everywhere at once.

Rogue tonberry
character name: Tetridus Valius
Age:32
Appearance: Average human body build, but with a slight slouch and a bionic right arm. Wears a robe with a hood on (his head looks pretty much the same as my pic) and his left arm has a electoo going down his arm to his palm. The palm area of the electoo has a circular pattern that runs a circuit like pattern to each of his fingertips. Has mechadentrites coming out of the back of his robes.
Rank/class: Enginseer
Armour: Basic Flak under the robes
Weapons: Las-gun, Laspistol, and his Mechadentrites
Bio: A Enginseer directly transferred to the regiment after training. Tetridus is mainly found on the main lines with a Chimera either repairing it or killing Xenos from behind it as cover. Since he mainly works with machines his social skills are sub-par and sometimes speaks binary to humans instead of Gothic which he remedies once he notices. Always remembers to punish those who thinks its okay to disrespect the machines he takes care of.
