For those of you who dont know what a waifu is, here's a dictionary definition:

A term coined by Otaku and Weeaboo alike for their 2D significant others; predominantly anime and video game characters. A Waifu, in contrast to a harem, is the love between one man and his one and only Waifu. You treat your Waifu with the utmost respect and courtesy and most refuse to even fap to their beloved, seeing the act as an insult to the non-existent woman they have committed themselves to.

• No offending anothers Waifu (debates and discussions accepted).

I picked up anime very young - I absolutely prefer reading it, but animation and voices give them real character. Start by picking up a popular series and giving it a watch/read. My absolute favorite series is Gungrave, but I have read/watched most everything available. Some good classics are Evangelion, Akira, Gundam, and Escaflowne.

Anyway Fallen, animes you should start out with;
I would HIGHLY recommend Death Note, its seriosuly badass, clever, and Tzeentch probably gets advice from the main character Light Yagami.

Its about a guy who stumbles across a Note Book that belongs to a god of death (Shinigami), and by writing a persons name in it they will die. And he uses to make an ideal world. His rival, a TOTALY BADASS detective named L.

Its SERIOUSLY awesome anime.

But if its an anime famed for somthing like Panty Shots then check out Rosario + Vampire . BUT NO PEEKING AT MIZORE
