Your standing on a deck upon the night lord vessel 'Carivore' before you lies an imperial fist, broken and bloodied. Looking up you see your old friend, mentor and primarch Konrad Kurze kick the fist until he retches blood turning to you he says. "Despose of this filth declare your life to myself, the great warmaster and the powers beyond! Do it do it fast I will not wait old friend" putting extra emphasis onto the last word he turns and sits upon the captains chair awaiting your response. you look down to the pitiful marine at your feet and draw your gladius.

"Ngghh!!" he aims a punch deliberatly missing and hitting the wall. "your right. Take him to the drop pods" with that an armoured terminator grabs you in a bear hug rendering you weapons useless. "sure you won't join us, brother?"

doing so only seemed to infuriate curze more. "We are above the eye of terror. Here you will learn fear. Goodbye" he pushes you into the pod slamming the grate behind you. You feel the tingling of anti-gravity as you hurtle through space and into the void. Suddenly you smash forward as the pod hits the ground. Opening up the pod reveals a desolate world. Covered in blood soaked sand.

An ear splitting howl emits from just over the far ridge. It then sounds again closer this time. You realise its stalking you, testing you. A pair of glowing red eyes shine put from behind you. A single claw raises...

The creature howls as its talons drop to the floor. Glaring at you it comes padding out of the shadows, flesh hound, a creature that knows no fear, tiredness or mercy. It exist only to hunt. Today you are its prey. It leaps again fangs gnashing

the sword slashes through the warp beasts eyes rendering it blind. The burning plasma smacks straight home and melts into the demons throat. Panicked it begins to claw at itself tearing deep holes in its body until it collapses, dead. Turning you see a great city in the distance.
