The tournament is now live, I have entered the teams which signed up and set it to email notify the Leaders each time a game becomes available for you to play.

I have also set it so that they can upload attachments, such as screenshots of the scores. However, please tag all posts about it on this site with [Oct 2012 DLC] so it doesn't get confusing!



Also a reminder that the rules for the Tournament are posted here and that you must declare (on GWRS posts) your selection of Map and Ruleset (A-I) at least 3 days BEFORE the match in order to give your opponent a chance to plot and scheme your demise. The scoring equations are also available there; they show how I will convert progress in each of the 3 game modes into a comparable point scoring system.

Final Note: Leaders, XOs and Officers can create game threads in this forum section, but all members can reply. Please refrain from posting in threads that do not include your faction.

Nice! The lower bracket looks loaded, Wolves, Lords, and DW. Winner of the RG and DA game makes the semi's.

My prediction is Wolves V Angels in finals, wolves winning. The only groups I'm aware of that really practice. Hope I get a crack at either of them .

Yeah it's a nice random bracket, stops the heavy weight chapters eliminating the lighter ones until the end, gives more of a chance to the little guys to get some damn good strategies and experience. Hopefully it'll make it more fun for everyone involved

All round 1 games have been completed. Round 2 ends on 4th November. Please remember that if you push you matches off to the end of the period, the rematch games will cause a delay at the end

Cheers for that Crucias I was wandering how it was going, 'tis a shame the we of the Sons are not there up front but the Fists where on form that day! A well played match indeed and a sign I should stop sniffing the melta fumes before a battle, my aim was everywhere but on the guys in bright yellow armour lol. Looking forward to seeing who comes out on top! Praise to the lord of change for an epic contest and a better aim next time

I'm working on getting the match with the Wolves set up. They are busy with the Battle of the Fang and we have some members not available which makes it tricky.

whats the deadline for the thousand sons vs crimson fists game as i was under the impression that the thousand sons vs night lords deadline was this weekend but it appears that we have missed it

Next Sunday, it was requested there be a week extension due to Thanksgiving. The Night Lords decided they wanted to withdraw, hence the elimination
