He starts climbing down the maintence ladder, trying to close the grate behind him as well to make it look unsuspicious to a casual observer. "Heights, fucking heights." He said under his breath.

You manage to snap it closed just as the peacekeepers fly by and you begin your descent. For what seems like hours you climb, hand over hand, until darkness clouds your vision and the smell of machines fills your nostrils .

Eventually though your boots click grating and you stand in. Nexus.

He looks at the three options and tried to think which corridor to take. He shrugs "All of them look the same to me." He said quietly to himself. He shrugs again as he goes through the north corridor. "Nothing ventured nothing gained I suppose."

Th trip is long an hard, bit you hear pain ... A soft voice writhes and meals in pain an you can hear sobbing .

The air seems to be charges with electricity so much so that that it dances over the surface of your mask.

Even though the voice of common sense tried to tell him go back the way he came, his curiousity got the better of him, again he keeps going forward, trying to find the source of the sound and the charge of the air.

the man turns and walks out slowly


you break into a run, plates of eletricly charged tile appearr beneath your footing as you make it to the door that the professor exited through.

the halls are empty, but down the hall to your right you hear the clicking of the professors sshoes on the iron floor.

'Gods damn he walks fast.' he thought to himself as he goes to try to catch up with him but also try not to make a racket with his combat boots.

You manage to get close enough to the man that he just is turning as you get down the hallway.
My who ho siht silencers are walking toward your position, the only cover you have is a crate an they are approaching quickly talking between themselves

'Really?' he thought to himself, not sure if to laugh as what he might have to do, or just facepalm. He goes for the crate, hoping it might be hollow, with an open side to slip in under.

The guards walk your crate obliviously, they do t even notice that the box says do not place upside down, and it is obviously upside down

They stop beside you, yammering obliviously

'....you motherfuckers.' he thought to himself as he realize that guards stopped by him. He tried to silently start moving toward the direction he needed to go. 'I am sneaking, I am sneaking, I am sneaking. he thought to himself, needing to take himself off the desire to kill the two guards in flames.

To everyone's amazement you manage to get past the guards without being noticed.

Without so much a glance at the walking crate, the guards continue their patrol as you see the doctor turn into a room marked pre op room

Seeing that the guards are finally leaving, he takes the box off to move faster. He head for the room that the doc entered quietly. 'Pre op? What are you doing in there?' he asked himself in his mind.

You manage to get inside the room and see that the doctor is suiting up on the other side of a two way glass

He looked at the sample and then back to the doctor through the glass. 'What the hell are they doing now?' he thought in his head. He tries to stick behind cover or at least out of the doc's view. He tried to look for a door to the operating room, a place he could use to ambush the doctor.

Something across the room catches your attention, and when your eyes focus your blood turns to ice.


A clone of Cain stares into your eyes. That in and of itself startles you, but you notice a completely lack of life in the figures eyes. It considers you , but only asynchronous as a cow considers a fly, as if too simple to truely comprehend what you are..


" who would've guessed... This little node of the parabellum was all it took to make Cain perfect..... So sad... But you jack... You will be perfect. Just enough to calm that boy down and make him usable ... So we can move those damn ghouls near the epicenter."
