"Ja, just don't hurt him too much. Remember the letter." he said before he goes to find jacob, closing the blinds of windows he passes by.

Jacob is in the living room where you left him , his face as white a a sheet

" why is uncle krieg here?"

'I do not know, but come here neffe." he said, his demeanour now serious unlike earlier. He picks him off and goes to put him in one of the upstair guest bedrooms. "Please, just stay in here ok? Please?" he asked him as he put him on the bed. He goes to close the blinds in the room before heading to the door, going to close it behind him.

he nods as you close the door, and you hear a sharp crack as cain slams krieg face first into the table

"your going to splill every fucking thing you know krieg"

Cain growls, tensing his grip on the commanders neck,

"thats kinda what i came here for , if you let me up ill...

"Cain, ease up. He came up here on his own afterall." he said as he walked back downstairs and into what he guessed was the dining room. "Wait, since when the hell did I play the good cop?" he suddenly asked himself. He shook his head and looked at Krieg. "Well, since you are here to do so..." he started as he took out the letter Krieg wrote out of Cain's pocket. "I think I would like you to start here." he suggested as he put the letter on the table infront of him. He was strangely calm right now.

Krieg smirks as Cain growls dangerously


" what do you want to know about it."

"We'll if me making that detour while driving the transport truck to get to Area 51 did not prove you how nosy I can be back then, I do not know what will." he said as he thinks of where to start with the letter. He takes a bit longer, quiet now, before he looks at him. "Did you even know what was going to happen to Jessica, or the children?" he asked, as if unbeileving he could.

Kriegs entire demeanor changes, , a pressure similar to Coreuses begins to rise in the room

" I didn't know until I was handed the death certs... Jessica is my sister... I would've doneanythingto protect her."

"So who gave the order that authorized letting cain and coreus, who both were in a fucked up state thanks to you, me, and a peachy hydra flesh heap in my head, into killing of her and the kids, made her into a failsafe against cain by reviving her, and giving her the thor mutagen?" he asked, wondering how much he was kept out of the loop now, and having it all sink in. "And speaking of family being twisted into things..." he continued. "What about Jacob? How he is now a host to a black heart?" he asked. "When did you think shit was going sideways? When Augustus had dealings with Nocturne? Who seems to be the queen of the undead as I'm being told by patriarchs and a flesheap in my head? Or when you had my bastard of a vater here to get cain because you sold cain to him, and letting him burn down half the damn country?!" he asked all at once in haste, starting to shake a little. He shutted up and took a deep breath.

"Do you still think what you help started is still the same plan to beat back the undead? Or has it become something all the more horrible and twisted to you now?" he asked.

Cain couldn't be suppressed , Coreus couldn't be reigned in and with other nations running the promethian arms race we needed to do what we could to perfect you. Th original plan was to take only Jess, we talke o her an she refused. She watche only one able to pacify Cain after the surgery but he said shed rather die than become your handler. So olbrieg left her no choice. He locked them all in the room , and hyper stunned Cain until he did the job for us."

"What about when you dealt with that woman who came here looking for cain for who I guess would be augustus, and you hide cain under the shadow protocol? From the beginging you know something was fucked up about it all." he stated. "Hell you said it yourself' ' "Augustus ... What are you doing.... Have the years really made you this daft? Even if he does survive Prometheus ... What guarentee is there that nocturne speaks the truth... That she isn't somehow pulling the strings for something else... " he quoted Krieg, still remembering that memory with frightening clarity. "You know why there is a rebellion? Because people are tired of being fodder for oh siht! Fuck, I bet you are nothing but fodder in all of this too, just like cain, me, and Jessica your sister." he concluded. "At least she's not under oh siht control now." he added as he rubbed his eyes.

He shifted and stared into kriegs eyes. "You gave cain a chance from that orphange despite being told he attacked a priest and a girl, which was a bloody lie. You and cain gave me a chance dispite my rampant insanity and butchering a town." he said. "Krieg, I want to give you a chance, you know oh siht can't do it anymore, or imhotep stop ignoring the fact you knew this was fucking horrific from the beggining.". I would bet that you still care for your sister, for cain." he finished.

It happens in a blur , krieg breaks cains grip and hits him in a flurry of blows, sending him sprawling over a couch with what seems like minimal effort.

He sits there, almost undisturbed by what just happened to cain or what he said. "I finally get something out that I did not know. You know I don't judge close friends, but you know i would do it to get more information out to understand what is going on." he said as he leaned back in the chair. "Well, after doing all that and having the results so far...." he started. He picks up a pack of cigarettes that fell out of Cain's pocket after his pummeling, taking one out and lighting it with a small flame of his thumb. Been a long time since he actually felt the need. he coughed a little after his first drag. He took a second. "What are you going to do now?" he asked letting the smoke out and hang. He held out the pack in offer to krieg.

Cain sits up with a grunt and grabs one himself as krieg grabs one.

He lights it and drags it down to the filter in one pull, his eyes closed.

" I should bring you in.. Sieze Jacob and have you both reinstated into the program .... But I won't. Inhotep has abandonded us to their pursuits of a cure. We need patriots... I will do what I can , you need to get the people ready for war.. It's already on our soil ."

He nodded. "I'm sorry you are even in this kind of positition at all Krieg." he said to him as he pulls out one more. "I guess that should be our cue to leave and get the hell out of here then, Ja?" he asked the both of them, the cigarette hanging loosely in his lips. He thought for a moment before he looked towards krieg. "Krieg, is there anything you might want us to tell Jessica for you when we see her again?" he asked quietly. "You happen to know where a geodial nexus could be found? Or maybe a resonance chamber? And maybe do something about a Resonator in aurora colorado?" he asked, wondering what could be done.

Krieg smirks

" you can find the chamber in Detroit and the nexus in a plantation in Honduras ... I will handle the resonator ... And tell Jess ... I miss her apple pie."

Krieg smiles as Cain laughs

" she does make a damn good pie."

He laughed with them. "I will make sure to tell her that then Komrade." he said still laughing. He calmed down a bit before he said anything. "Guess there is no rest for the wicked, but I wish we could talk like this more." he said with a sigh. "Are we all ready to go do what we need to do?" he asked them.

" it saddens me that you're all that is left of zeta.. But I will say to you both what I said than."

He stands and looks at you both

" we are here because we have the strength to protect.... Fight for our people.. All people. Like the sheepdogs of old we protect the flock."

"And I will say what I said back then, we are some messed up sheep dogs." he said with a smile. He stood up and popped his back. "Take care Krieg, hope we can all meet again on easier terms than we did." he said as he held out a hand to Krieg.

Krueger shakes your hand and slides a vial into your palm

He turns to Cain who hugs krieg.

You see him slide something into Cain pocket and he hands Cain the handle of his ghoul bone great sword.

" take it..... Terror hasn't seen blood in ages....be safe."

He turns to leave and sees Jacob who runs over and hugs his uncles legs.

" you control your temper little man... You will be very important very soon.

Jacob smiles as krieg grabs the door handle.


" this house will blow up in two hours.. To add a cover for your escape."

He nods and vanishes as swiftly as he came
