[Kitty Arca]

The man walking through his place that normal people called home! though to him it is hell a world that see him as a monster, a freak. He searched for a place in the world but he could never find peace and acceptance. He woundered in the shadows hidden from humanity till one day he heard a voice coming from the shadows where he couldn't see.

"You poor thing shunned from the human lives, teased, unwanted...." the voice said and hugged him from behind

"But i acept you and your friends " she said pettng the head of one of his snake like creatures.

Dropping the brief case he carries with him, Verschlinger was more surprised at the unknown womans statement rather than by the surprise embrace. He puts his arms over the woman's, the first physcial contact he had in.....how long now? He shook his head from remembering and turned to look at the guest through the red lenses of his gasmask.

"As welcome as it is to such a warm gesture, I hope we are not rude in asking your name, frauline?" he asked politely to her in a heavy german accent. The creatures that have long became his friends didn't even view her as food, seeming to each haveing a genuine smile for once.

She smiled

"I am the creature that every one blames for trouble, for the dark things in this world i am Satan.... but my name is Shirahime. " she said to him

"The Devil? I will admit, that is a new one to me." he chuckled. "Well frauline Shirahime, what has brought you all the way out to the middle of nowhere just to find us?" he asked her, more than simply curious. He let the hug stay as long as she wished, surprised anyone was willing to touch him at all, let alone with his serpents in the open.

She smiled " i want you to search for me i want you to come search for you peace in our terrible world." she said to him.

"How might I be able to do that? This world seems to be coming apart at the seams now. At least with all I hear nowadays." he said. He sighs, "Although it does amuse me to see it so." he said, the serpents seeming to hiss in laughter. He looks back to her. "But we think you have something else in mind, Ja?" he asked.

She smiled "a job and happiness " she said to him

" you will know you are close when you hear my voice find me and you will recive everything you've desired for.' she said to him

her body started to fade " look for me Verschlinger" she said to him

Under the black gas mask, Vershlinger had a sad smile as he and the serpents watched the only thing that made him happy go. "We will." he said quietly to himself. He straighten out his black suit and red tie and picked up his drop briefcase. The serpent heads gathered in front of him, waiting for him to speak. "Looks like we have a goal in our life for once my dear Komrades." he said to them and they all voiced their agreements in his head as they nodded. "Now, which way to go?" he wondered as he looked around.

He had Three choices to go north (since he was coming from south ) twords a destroyed town that was burned from a lightning storm, East to a rich civilization or west to a town being built by the ruler of the land he is in. ( your choice )

"As much as I hate to admit it, I think we need to go east." he said to them. They hissed in dissapproval. "I know, I know you all do like to hide inside." he said. "But that place is the best place for a lead. And I know you all want what waiting for us. She seems rather nice anyways." he reasoned with them. The growled a little but they sinked in through the suit and into his body. He cringed at the pain of the process, but it was nesscary. "Ok, time for us to go forth." he said when they have receded, as he began a trek to the east.

He Went East to the rich civilization a choice was made as he walked he walked out of the of the forest and in to a fields and hills.

He kept his pace, his well worn leather combat boots he scavange long ago crunching the grass underneath. Even despite his best care he could do in his situation, but the wear and tear was evident. Holes in random places, frayed edges, faded spots of color on his knees and elbows, even his brief case when he had to use it as an improvised weapon in emergency cases. "Emergency case, hehe. Oh that was bad." he groan at himself. He just keep walking to the civiliztion, maybe able to strike a deal for new clothes was on the table too.

As he walked he heard something from behind him

Being a little paranoid, he gripped the handle of his brief case a bit tighter as he turned his head around to glance over his shoulder at what had decided to follow him.

When he looks behind him he sees a creature with foaming at the mouth blood mixed in with its spit and foam as it drips from it's mouth it stood on four legs but it looked mangled and diseased ridden mixture of a creature. it looked at him hungry. the creature lunged at him to bit him in the arm

"You are not the only one who can bite." he said. One of the serpent head spring out and over his shoulder, fanged filled jaws open, to chomp down hard on the strange looking abberation.

The thing yelped and struggled and scratched at the snake like creature that grabbed it

"Stop squirming and this will end a lot faster." he said calmly as he stood there, his hands behind his back. Another head sprang out from over his other shoulder to grab onto the prey and rip it in half with the aide of the other head.

The Creature got split in half and let out a terrifying yelp as it's inners fell on to the grass it's blood black and it inners disintegrate to ash.

He had the heads drop the pieces of the creature they had a hold of, not trusting the flesh of this thing. "Stitched together animals that disentegrate on death? I hope this does not set the tone for the rest of our trip here." he sighed. The serpents were dissappointed that they couldn't eat, but even they thought it wise not to eat it either. He turned back around to his orginal path to the east.
