she shook her head no and walked in looking around

He kept close to her as she began to wander around the store. He glances over the items in the store, but mostly keeping his attention to alice and artemus.

alice looked at them and looked at her
"no offence but these are just basic " she said
the woman looked sad
"i know i just dont have anything to go off of " she said
alice smiled and pulled a book out of her bag walking over
"here this should help " she said
the woman looked through it and it was diffrent styles and designs. the woman smiled
"thank you so much she said
alice smiled
"no problem " she said to her

He let her talk with the woman as he kept silent, not having much to add in a discussion of designs or such. He was happy though to see alice relaxing a little bit now.

" we better be going but thank you for showing me" she said to her

the lady smiled and waved
"if you ever need anything let me know" she said

Alice smiled and walked out waving with Verschliger and Artemus

He politely waved goodbye to the woman as he walked out with alice. "Well that was not bad now was it?" he chuckled to alice as they continued their route out to the exit through the town.

"i'm kinda scared " she said to him

He put an arm around her as they walked. "Why are you scared dear?" he asked her, concerned now.

she looked at him
" is this the right choice?" she asked

He looked at her kinda confused. "What do you mean Alice?" he asked her, not sure what she meant.

ALice looked at him
"i guess i'm nervious because well she is the devil after all" she said

He nodded his head in agreement. "Ja, I can see how you can be a bit nervous then." he said to her. "Although given our unique cirumstances.." he said pointing to his back and referenceing the promise of help shirahime gave Alice. "It seems like the best choice." he explained. "And it's thanks to her, that I got to meet you." he reasoned, hugging her close from the side as they walked.

She smiled and nuzzled his neck holding his hand and staying close to him

He smiled under his gasmask, loving her affection, and nuzzling her head thanks to his height. "I love you." he told her.

She smiled and looked up
"i love you too" she said back to him as Artemus barked in agreement

He kept his close contact with her, walking them to the otherside of town. And to whatever awaited them.

she walked out wit him and looked up at him
" where to now?" she asked

he could go north to a ran down town west to a forest with a path or east to a mountainous area

"Hm, one would think if we were close that there would be some obvious signs by now." he wondered out loud as they stood there. "Lets go through the forest, see where it'll take us." he suggested.

she nodded and looked at him
"are you sure the forest isn't the best place for puppies " she said

He looked down to artemus and thought for a moment. "Alright, how about the town up north? Think that might be still the right way as well?" he asked her, petting artemus behind one of his ears.
