Artemus barked and hopped down
alice smiled and walked with them and yawned

Hearing her yawn, He looks at her with a raised eyebrow. "I thought we were rested?" he asked in a half joking, half concerned as they walked the path.

she looked at him and smiled
"i'm ok " she said

He put an arm around her shoulders and gave a small sigh. "Dear, if you are still tired, you know I would not mind carrying you for awhile." he told her sincerly.

" really?" she asked looking up at him

He had his arms out and kneeled down a bit for her. "Of course." he said, as if he would really say anything else.

she nodded hugged him letting him carry her for a bit

He smiled and nuzzled a little with the snout of his gasmask, now carrying her in his arms as he walked the path throught the mountainous area. He hummed a little tune as he went, haveing a very cheery mood now.

Alice slept holding on to him.
Artemus looked at him and pointed to a path that lead up wards

He looked up the path and back down to Artemus and nodded. "Just no more bears please?" he asked the pup as they went. He smiled at Alice as she slept before returning his attention back to the path.

Artemus continued and then saw a small little cabin and he pointed to it

He looked at the cabin with a suspcious look but then just made a small shrug as to not disturb Alice. "I just hope there is no mad man in this one like in the last cabin." he said quietly as he headed to the dwelling Artemus pointed out.

Artemus walked to the door and opened the door with his foot and nudged the door open

"Danke komrade." he thanked Artemus as he slowly walked in. He looked around the cabin to see what or maybe who was even in the cabin, keeping Alice in his arms for now.

there was no one in the cabin it seemed to haven't been lived in for months but there was logs by the fire place and blankets by the couch.

Sastisfied that the place seems to be empty and has been for awhile, he gently lays Alice down on the couch. He grabbed one of the blankets and dusted it off before he covered Alice with it. He goes to the fire place and takes a few of the logs and placed them into the fire place. Now he tired to start the fire with a few matches he kept with him.

the fire started and lite up the cabin it was a nice small cabin it had everything a small family needed to be happy

Hm, I'm kind of surprised something like this is here in the middle of nowhere." He thought aloud as he stood up. He went over to the couch and sat on the fllor by alice, letting her sleep.

Artemus walked over and laid his head in his lap.

He started petting artemus. "Are we a little tired too?" He asked him with a chuckle. He took off his gasmask, seeing no reason for it for now.
