He looked at her with complete suprise. "2 months? Do they grow quickly too?" he asked her. "Well, that is a lot quicker than you thought yes?" a serpent asked him.

alice smiled

" yeah just means we will have a baby sooner" she said

[Armoured Priest]

He nodded. "Hm, I wonder what it will be when it's born though?" he thought aloud, wondering if it will be a boy or girl, before he ate more of his breakfeast.

Alice smiled and looked at him

"please be honest and tell me what you want" she said to him

He swallowed the forkful he had in his mouth. "As in what our child will be?" he asked first. "Honestly, I kind of hope it's a little girl." he admitted before he took another bite.

Alice smiled

"really?" she asked smiling

"i hope so as well either way what ever we have i'll be happy" she said smiling

"Ja, I'll be happy too." he said with a smile. He sighed a little as his smile faded slightly. "I just hope I can be a gut vater for the child." he said before he ate the last of the spagetti in his bowl.

Alice smiled and ate a bit

" you will be" she said to him

He smiled a little and took his bowl to the sink. "Maybe, but I know you will be a good mother." he said as he cleaned out the bowl. As he does so, he notices the black veins that snaked around underneath his sink that he knew went to his back and remembered something. "I hope they do not get passed on." he said, remembering his altered genes and the serpents in his back.

Alice looked at him knowing he meant his serpents

"even if they do they will love it just like i love them and you have grown to love them like they love us " she said to them

After cleaning out the bowl he walks over and hugs her as she was sitting. "I just only hope that it won't be so bad for them if they somehow inherit it.....somehow." he said to her. "I'm not good enough for someone like you." he said with a smile and kissed the top of her head.

She looked at him and slapped him looking serious

"don't you ever say that again!" she said it made her mad that he belittled him self like that

"Um, eh, wha?" he gibbered a little. He looked down at her in suprised as he still hugged her. "I'm.....I'm sorry?" he said, confused and bewildered after being slapped.

Alice looked at him and glared at him

"never belittle your self like that again!" she said with a stern voice

"I won't dear." He promised her as he hugged her still. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you so upset like this." he apologised to her, still suprised at her reaction to the statement.

alice hugged him back

" you never should say stuff like that" she said to him

"Alright I'll never say anything like that." he said to her. "Are you better now though Alice?" he asked her, hoping she calmed a littled and felt better compared to when she had to sit down.

" yes i feel better " she said looking up at him

"can ifinish eating?" she asked

"Oops, sorry." he chuckled as he let go of her from the hug. He goes back to the sink and starts cleaning up the pots and stuff from cooking breakfeast earlier.
