she smiled and looked at him watching

"Pfannkuchen leicht schlagen. Pfannkuchen leicht schlagen." he singed a little bit as he got lost in his own little world as he flipped some of the pancakes, slipping them off when they were done on to a plate.

Alice looked at him and just smiled as she watched him

When the stack of pancakes got to around four of them, he laid the spatula down as he pulled out a fork and knife out of one of the drawers and put them on the plate. "Want syrup or anything like that on them?" he asked her.

she nodded at him and smiled

"thank you darling " she said to him

He smiled as the poured some syrup on the pancakes. "You'er welcome dear." he said to her as he put her breakfeast plate on the table for her. He cleaned up the area he worked in, cleaned the pan and spatulas and stowed away what he didn't use before he sat down at the table as he stifled a yawn. "Hope you like it." he said.

"i can't eat all of this" she said

"You don't have too dear, I just wanted to make sure you would get enough for yourself and the little one." He explained as he stretched his back. "Besides what you don't eat, I'll just finish off, Ja?" he offered he rubbed one of his eyes. 'If you don't fall asleep before then.' a serpent chuckled in his mind.

she nodded and ate as much as she can which was a decent amount but still was enough for him she stood up

"why am i just so tired?" she asked feelign all of her energy just gone

He ate a forkful before he spoke. "I think it might be because of the little one dear." he offered. "Haven't you noticed?" he asked her, nodded toward her belly, wondering if she has or not. Afterall, it happened while she was asleep.

she looked at her self and then looked at him

"baby" she said looking back at the baby

He only smirked as he finished off the panacakes. "Well, you can rest as much as you need to dear, I'll keep care of you while you rest ok?" he said as he stood up and went to put the plate in the sink.

Alice looked at him

"come sleep with me" she said to him

He made sure everything was put away before he looked back to Alice. "Ok, sleepy dear?" he asked as he walked over to her, ready to help her from her seat.

she nodded and walked in to the room and sat on the bed

He followed Alice to the bedroom as he took off the suite jacket so he could sleep. He sat down by her on the bed and laid back. "Love you Liebste." he said as snuggled a little to her.

she smiled and snuggled back to him and closed her eyes

"i love you too" she said

Verschlinger smiled as he kissed the top of her head and let her sleep. He closed his own eye as he went to slept snuggled up to his wife.

as they slept hell went on with out them Artemus nudged Verschlinger to wake him up he was hungry and needed to feed the puppy who was hungry too

He looked over to the side of the bed and saw artemus and luna. He nodded as he tried to carefully get up from the bed without waking up Alice. He nodded his head for the hounds to follow him to the kitchen.
